***Return and Exchange Policy***
When you receive your new BrellaSavr umbrella and "out of the box" it is damaged or broken, i.e. cord doesn't retract, mount is damaged, reel is disconnected from the mount, or the material is torn, it will be replaced at no additional charge.
***Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange to a damaged BrellaSavr umbrella and its parts through normal wear and tear.***
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box.
To complete your return and replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your damaged item(s) are approved then your replacement will be processed and sent to you at no additional cost..
